IUI: pregnant?: IUI is useful if the male sperm count is low, or if using artificial insemination. If ovulation is detected by a simple test, seven days later, you might see some spotting when implantation occurs, and in another seven days, breast tenderness and water retention will begin. Obtain a serum HCG test (very accurate) 21 days after IUI, to be certain pregnancy has occurred.

Don't microassess.: It's hard to just sit there day after agonizing day and wait to do the first pregnancy test, but don't focus on the presence or absence of individual symptoms as it'll just drive you nuts. Take it day by day and try to relax.
