Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. What you described sounds like warts and you may try over the counter treatment for warts.
Make sure you take HPV vaccination.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

what is the cause of an itchy body, with warts that have a clear liquid that are also itchy in the hands and feet?  is there a cure?

See a dermatologist: Warts generally don't itch, or have a clear liquid in them. This is something else. Acute fungal (tinea) skin infections can present this way, but don't occur real often on the hands (although it is possible). I suppose you could try an athlete's foot cream such as lotrimin (clotrimazole) ultra, but if it doesn't get better within a week, it's not fungal and you should to see a doctor.

i was told by one doctor i had hand warts but another dyshydrotic exzema (spelling bad). little clear blisters on hands been there for like a month now. sometimes itchy when hands are dry. havent grown?

See dermatologist: sounds like form of eczema, called dyshidrotic eczema. see dermatologist to confirm and receive Tx which prob will be topical steroid creams. There also might be some form of allergy to products used or even gloves.

i have what i think is a plantar wart on pad of my foot below my toes. its itchy dry skin spot, my husband got them from his sister who got hers confirmed. it looks exactly like it. we have a daughter that crawls can she get them on hands/mouth?

Yes &amp; no: Warts are caused by strains of virus that are acquired from environmental exposure. Those strains that infect the skin/foot are specific to those skin types. They do not infect the mouth. Your husband may or may not have got them from a sister or just from a contaminated floor surface. The virus does not pass easily &amp; most occurrences are random. It is not like a strep germ.

Normal oil glands: These are small prominent oil glands or sebaceous cysts. Theya are not dangerous and quite common. If they are not tender, red and getting rapidly bigger, ( signs of infection) no worries!

Yeast vaginitis?: Genital warts can appear (or reappear) months or years after catching HPV. Howver, warts don't itch; if you have warts, it's not the only problem. Vulvar itching is most suggestive of a vaginal yeast infection, which is much more common in women with diabetes. This could also indicate your diabetes is not under as good control as it could be. See your doctor and take it from there. Good luck!

Probably not: Genital warts do not usually spontaneously resolve.  These are probably small skin irritations - likely irritated "penile pearly papules.

Possible: Your description would need more to tell, are they itchy, do they hurt if you squeeze them.

Genital warts: These sure could be 'scary' and the best thing to do is show them to a doctor, who would know based on their appearance. There should be 'clues' such as a new sex partner, the exact location, appearance etc. The good news is, there is treatment IF they are warts. In fact, there's even a preventative vaccine that is worth getting to limit the chance of acquiring genital warts going forward. See MD!
