: This doesn't sound like any STD. There are many other possible causes. See a doctor:  COVID-19 always is a possibility these days, especially if you haven't been vaccinated and you should be tested for it. Good luck.

Post nasal drip: OTC antihistamines such as Claritin (loratadine) or Zyrtec may be beneficial along with warm water gargling to remove accumulated mucous, If not relieved with 1 week- seek a medical exam.

Upper respiratory infection: saline nasal wash, salt water gargle, lots of fluids and rest, acetaminophen for fever / pains, unless allergic to it,  if not better in a day or so, or new symptoms or getting worse see your doctor, good luck

Bronchitis: It sounds like you may have a bronchitis.  Most of the time it is viral but if persistent for several days and with fever you should see your pcp or urgent care to be evaluated and perhaps needing an antibiotic.  You can try some otc cough medications initially.

Hypersenstivity: It sounds like you are having a hypersensitivity or "allergic reaction".  You should be evaluated by a physician right now - bubbling in your throat could be a signal your airway is swelling and at risk for closure.

Viral or allergic: Hi Norma, you may have viral or allergic pharyngitis. It involves  upper respiratory tract; it is an inflammation in your throat responsible for pain and mucus. You may need to try short course of steroids.

Yes: When in doubt, it is better be safe than sorry. Itchy throat is not a symptoms for a cold however and one wonders if you are allergic instead.  In the meanwhile, may try otc antihistamine

OTC meds: Medications like Guaifenesin which could be found in Robitussin or Mucinex (guaifenesin) can be helpful. Also for nasal stuffiness you could try afrin nasal spray one spray in each nostril twice a day. Please only take for three days as there's a high risk of rebound rhinitis if you take for longer than  three days.

URI: Absence of fever is reassuring. At this time a viral upper respiratory tract infection seems more likely than Covid in view of runny nose, no fever.Nevertheless, isolate from others until you're sure that it's a simple head cold that resolves in a week or so.  Chest tightness bears watching. Significant breathing difficulties should be reported to your MD for instructions re testing&amp;treatment
