im getting the same itchy spots on the back of my neck ,they never have a head and the more i itch the larger they get help please?

Could be hives,: which is an allergic reaction.See if they respond to anti-histamine.Next step would be cortisone cream.Pharmacist can recommend both.If no response or gets worse,see your Doc.

New soap?: If you have started using a new soap, shampoo, hair spray, perfume or lotion, etc., that could be causing irritation.  If that does not explain it and stopping it then cures your itching, see a doc.

May be shingles : Difficult to say with that description but if in a cluster it could be the early signs of shingles. Shingles typically occurs in a cluster, may be itchy, slightly tingly in the area or no symptoms at all. They tend to evolve over a few days to form blisters. Earliest diagnosis and treatment is critical so it's best to have a dermatologist take a look ASAP.

Mgt: It may be a contact dermatitis, if it spreads or is associated with other symptoms, medication may be needed.  In the meantime, wash the area with a hypoallergenic soap such as Dove.

: Sounds like winter eczema. Try washing your hair with 1/2-1% coal tar shampoo (neutrogena , ionil-T, generics at CVS et al). If this does not resolve  the problem, then see your doctor or dermatologist for an exam to determine what scalp,condition you have to treat, good luck

Hard to say: It seems obvious you have some type of infection. A majority of these enter/start in your throat. The spot description is too vague to render a diagnosis or begin sorting this out. It could be as minor as a simple virus or something terrible. If it interferes with your ability to function schedule a visit &amp; get evaluated.
