May be shingles : Difficult to say with that description but if in a cluster it could be the early signs of shingles. Shingles typically occurs in a cluster, may be itchy, slightly tingly in the area or no symptoms at all. They tend to evolve over a few days to form blisters. Earliest diagnosis and treatment is critical so it's best to have a dermatologist take a look ASAP.
