Rash: If the rash developed after you switched detergents it could be allergy. If it was prior then will need a picture to start to evaluate.

Itch & bruising: If you have unexplained bruising, please see your doctor. Several possibilities for itching and bruising of isolated spots on body. Scratching an itchy spot can produce bruises, particularly if you occasionally take nsaids, fish oil, vitamin e and other blood thinners. There is also a skin condition called pigmented purpura, inflammation of the smallest blood vessels, which can be itchy.

Yes: It is possible to be allergic to chemicals in a soap or detergent. If the areas of the itchy spots match the areas you washed, then it is likely. Treatment is to avoid re-exposure. A hydrocortison skin cream (OTC) can help, or if it's worse, see your doctor for a stronger prescription.

Chickenpox: That's just a wild guess. I'm hopeful that you would have already received your chickenpox vaccination which would make this very unlikely. However, it's best for you to go see your family doctor for an evaluation & diagnose along w/appropriate treatment. It would help if you knew whether you were exposed to someone else w/similar symptoms. Or had your vaccination records available.

Vesicles?: Could be herpetic vesicles, hard to say over internet. You need examined by a dr / urgent care / gyn / "std clinic" who can diagnose and prescribe treatment for your issue.

Could be...: ...Although it sounds like you may be experiencing an allergic reaction - possibly hives.  You may be allergic to the bites.  You may want to start by taking otc benadryl (diphenhydramine).  If you are experiencing breathing problems, this can be an anaphylaxis - an emergency...Go to the er then!

Another concern is scabies caused by a tiny spider mite that likes to burrow under the skin especially in damp moist areas- between finger and toe webs, in the groin, around belt line. See your primary care provider to confirm what it is, treatment needed.

Hives?: Hives come and go but bites don't. Hives can be "all over" but bites, usually not. You may have a virus or an allergy to something. Having a doctor look at the spots is the best way to know.
