i had surgery on my foot a week ago.today i woke up with a painful, itchy rash that started on palms but has spread all over. what could it be?

Ck your post op meds: If you have palmer rash from post-op, and were placed on antibiotics, or other meds, you must consider if this could be a possibility or not. In either case, contact your foot doctor, or surgeon, and let her/him know about it, so they can advise you further. This is best done in person. You don't want this getting out of hand, and compromising your health.

my rectum is purple bruised color, with white patch of the rectum almost like soggy skin like when you swam all day & your skin gets wrinkly.. no pain or discomfort or itchiness. i had a hemorrhoid after surgery in january but i havent looked at it?

: You should have the doctor who did your surgery take a look at it. It would be helpful to compare what the area looks like now to what it looked like immediately following the procedure. This area may be improving but only the surgeon will know for sure so follow up with the doctor who performed this procedure. Good luck to you!

Keloid: Depending on the size excision of the area may be possible.  There is still a chance of the keloid coming back but if you treat the area early with steroid and silicone or pressure garment this is reduced.  Steroid injections can help shrink the area some but usually do help with any itching and burning.

i had a op to remove testicle due to torsion and then infection as the testicle died im very worried about sepsis i don't feel ill however im itchy all over and have cloudy/smelly urine i just finished 7 days antibiotics course after surgery aswell?

: If there's an associated rash with the generalized itching it would almost be certain that you've developed an allergic reaction to medication, most commonly the antibiotic. If so, be sure to find out what the antibiotic is so you'll not take it again &amp; it also goes on your record. A rash may not appear with an allergic reaction though. Notify your MD about your symptoms &amp; get instructions.

Not all surgery work: If you have not seen the doctor that did the carpal tunnel surgery then go back. Rheumatoid arthritis could make surgery more complicated it depends. 
You may need repeat nerve test. 
Should see person who did carpal tunnel release.

Carefully!: It depends on what was done during surgery. If the broken bone was fixed rigidly with plates and screws, you should be able to begin early motion and functional use. On the other hand, if only pins where used to fix the fracture, you might have to wait 6 weeks for full bony healing before you can move the hand. Talk to your surgeon about, immobilization, activity restrictions and exercise.

Could be normal: Swelling after surgery  is a normal process of healing. The amount of swelling is dependant on many factors: the type of procedure, length. Trauma involved, vascularity of the area, patient medical conditions, etc. 
Swelling can also be caused by infection.
Consult your  surgeon for your particular case.

Overtime : Overtime they will lighten and may eventually disappear.
