currently using betaderm cream, i have itchy red skin with small white bumps around nose, mouth, & eyes. occurs randomly, what  is this issue called?

Stop the cream.: First of all, betaderm (which contains betamethasone) is a strong steroid cream that should not be used on the face. Stop using it. Your pimply rash could be due to the cream itself. If it was there before you started applying betaderm, the most common causes are adult acne and rosacea, both easily treatable by a dermatologist, once he or she makes a precise diagnosis.

can you tell me is avoe vera good for flacky dry, itchy, burning, inflamed skin?

Sometimes -: Don't use it in place on a good moisturized though. Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis) can reduce redness, pain, itching &amp; swelling from a burn. It has anesthetic, anti-inflammatory &amp; antibacterial / antifungal qualities.

tips on healing itchy, flaking, red, inflamed skin (damaged barrier) that is also going through a breakout? i don't know why, but even when my t-zone is very breakout prone, those are the areas that my barrier is most damaged. why does that happen?

: It seems as if you are treating an acne problem with some topical medications. If so, you might be getting a bit too dry and irritated from 1 or more of these products. See a dermatologist for evaluation and the proper treatment  of your acne that is less problematic for your sensitive skin on your face

Likely contact: Localized skin issues are often due to things that contact that space.I suppose you are right handed &amp; touch that side of your face with contaminated fingers or you lay on that side to sleep.Unwashed fingers can carry a variety of plant/animal/dirt/chemical material to the site.You could also have a variant of a cold sore erupt as a similar event. An exam might help sort it out. It is not hormonal

Could be many: things including but not limited to lichen simplex chronicus. Try covering it with a bandaid every day after putting on some aquaphor, if it gets better, then continue but if not it needs to be seen by dermatologist
