In order to find a diagnosis is necessary much more information about your symptom or other associated symptoms, as well as a physical examination.

Neuropathy: Burning sensation without any obvious lesion on the hand and feet is suspicious for neuropathy.  Need more detailed history/exam and may some diagnostic studies

You : You may be dealing with a fungal infection. Try an over the counter anti-fungal cream like clotrimazole; you can apply the cream twice a day for a week. If you do not notice an improvement then it may just be a dermatitis and you may need a stronger steroid cream. At this point you would need to be evaluated by your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

Contact dermatitis: This may be a contact allergy from something she touched with her hands.  Has she been near possible poison ivy?  Can treat with OTC benadryl and if it does not improve you will need to see your doctor.

im 24 and work landscape and for past week i noticed a rash on my right hand on my pinky finger its itchy and its like a dark spot and its like spreading to my other finger, its only on my right hand, idk if its because of flower,plant, or lemon?

: Contact dermatitis or an allergic reaction may be the underlying cause of the itchy rash on your hands. The plants contain substances which can trigger an inflammatory reaction. Wear gloves, wash hands, and use a topical antihistamine cream after discussion with your PCP. Watch for peeling, drainage and swelling. Please follow up, and if the area appears infected see a physician right away.
