Rash: Although no itching, the rash would still most likely be a viral exanthem or drug reaction. Stap would be common possibility and if early purulence not seen.  neurotic outbreak possible too. If asymptomatic probably safe to observe and keep clean and dry. Exanthem typically resolves in a few days.

Bed bugs?: Impossible to say for sure but these are the most itchy bites I know of.  You are very young for shingles and they hurt rather than itch.  Try not to scratch (try alcohol on them or antihistamine) or scratch elsewhere to make them go away faster.

It's difficult to: know without seeing the bumps. Where are they? How long have they been there? Have you been vaccinated against Chicken Pox? Usually Chicken Pox is itchy and the bumps become blisters within a day or so of first appearing.  Please see your doctor so that this rash can be properly diagnosed.

Viral Infection: Sounds like you are suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection. Symptomatic treatment will help including ibuprofen for fevers and pain, lots of rest, and increased hydration. Take it easy and feel better.

Seek emergency care: “Terrible headaches and difficulty breathing” at 12 weeks should be evaluated ASAP in an Obstetrical emergency room preferably by MFM, a Materno-Fetal-Medicine  doctor who is an expert in high risk pregnancy.

Hard to assess: The two issues are likely a coincidence. The actual cause or label for the type of bump would require a direct visual exam if not some testing. If it bothers you have the kid seen.
