Rash: Although no itching, the rash would still most likely be a viral exanthem or drug reaction. Stap would be common possibility and if early purulence not seen. neurotic outbreak possible too. If asymptomatic probably safe to observe and keep clean and dry. Exanthem typically resolves in a few days.
