4 days ago i developed red bumps (mosquito bite like) on the right side of my body. they are very itchy. no fever or any other symptom. what is it???

Bed bugs?: Impossible to say for sure but these are the most itchy bites I know of. You are very young for shingles and they hurt rather than itch. Try not to scratch (try alcohol on them or antihistamine) or scratch elsewhere to make them go away faster.
