Rash: It is possible that you have a skin infection caused by a waterborne parasite. It could also be a dermatitis rash due to sun and irritation. Take the antihistamines for the next 24 hours to see how it affects the rash. See a Dr if the rash worsens and spreads for a thorough evaluation and treatment

What kind of docs?: What kind of docs did you see? If you saw a dermatologist &amp; the first treatment did not work, let him/her know so something else can be tried. Herpes simplex: That is certainly possible, but without seeing the rash it would be foolish to try and diagnose it.  It may not have had anything to do with the sex and you may have chicken pox or some other illness, or this may be a contact dermatitis.
