: Itch scratch cycle. It may have initially done so during healing but the mechanical effect of your scratching the site can create tissue injury that then itches during recovery, followed by scratching/itching/etc. Try covering the site when possible with a loose bandage &amp; avoiding scratching. A cold compress can transiently stop an itch. If you break the cycle it should fade.

Spots after blood: May just be from capillary breakeage from the turniquet. Would not worry, if persists or worsens( appears in other parts of body)  then consider CBC, platelet count

Worm: You didn't describe size. Pin worms most common very thin small white. Ascaris round worms bigger, more like earthworm. Tell your parents as there is medical treatment. Pinworms love come out nite make butt itch. When lay eggs. Also parent will have sanitize and clean bedclothes etc and deworming any brothers, sisters.

Skin sensitivity: is often something you are just born with. It is not something to worry about, just wear you sunscreen and keep your skin barrier protected using other moisturizers like Cerave. Any time you scratch your skin you can leave a mark. Some people have dermatographism which means they actually get a hive reaction to scratching. RASH BLOOD TEST: YOU ARE PROBABLY ALLERGIC TO THE LATEX OR THE ANTISEPTIC THAT WAS APPLIED BEFORE THE NEEDLE STICK.
CHECK WITH THE "STICKER" AND ASK WHAT WAS USED  TO CLEAN THE SKIN BEFORE THE NEEDLE.

Yes: I think that your thigh got itching not from circulating proplems but from thesweat, moisture that cause the probems.Try to keep area earated with not tight short, cotton, not nylon materials.But you do need to see doctor to make sure the cause of it to get med to avoid recurrence.
