Possibly.: Depends upon how long ago this occurred, but nerve regrowth is often heralded by odd neurologic sensations.

Bump: may just be a skin tag.  Best option is to have someone look at.

Itching: Can come from many different reasons. Even taking a hot shower can make some people itch. If you try to use just luke warm water and a very gentle soap like dove and then rub down with a bath oil afterwards and you still feel the itch, you should get a check up and see if there are any internal reasons that are causing the problem. An exam and blood tests may be needed to find the cause.

Insects, Allergy: Allergy to food, infectious mites, perfume, cologne, shaving lotion,  air purifiers to name a few.
Take a look around you and see if you may be doing something different than before you started with the itching. You might still break out with a rash. See a doctor to get it cleared up quickly.

Irritated lesion: It can be many things.  Do you pick at it?  It could be an inflammed mole, wart, folliculitis (infected hair follicle) to name a few.  Has it grown?  If you are not picking at it and it does not heal, have your doctor check it.

i got a cyst removed earlier today, now the incision itches but doesn't hurt. what can i do about it?

Leave it alone!: Try to not itch the area, especially for the next few days as the wound heals.  You could try taking some Benedryl.  Sometimes scratching around the surgical area but not on the surgical area helps too.  Call your doctor before putting any kind of cream or lotion on it.

Bruising?: While it's possible that you could have had bruising related to a popped vessel, your parts are likely valuable enough to you to warrant seeing a doctor for a physical exam and possibly testing for any underlying infections.

Ignore no symptoms: Abdominal discomfort of any kind is not to be ignored--its a warning sign that something may be wrong inside your abdomen.  Please see my many healthtap answers on the subject of what causes abdominal distress. Not all such problems are serious, but you don't want to miss the inflammatory or infectious one that is. Can't offer definitive relief however without an exam for diagnosis. Be well--.

Dandruff: You should shampoo your hair using a product that treats dandruff. Dryness of the scalp and hair causes itchiness. After shampooing, apply a hair conditioner according to instructions in order to restore needed oils to your hair and avoid itchiness.
