See your physician.: Kidney infections are serious and require prompt treatment with the right antibiotic. Hopefully you have a urine culture result by now which will show the correct antibiotic. Flank pain is common even on proper therapy,   but worsening pain & fever requires re-evaluation with physical exam & possibly imaging as your current regimen may be inadequate. See your physician as soon as you can.

See below: First, don't stop taking it just because you feel better.  I think you should start noticing some improvement in 3-4 days.

i have had  upper respiratory symptoms for 4 days &  currently taking levaquin (levofloxacin). i  am lethargic, worse fever & chills& have a fine rash to neck&torso?

See doc.: The fact that you are taking Levaquin (levofloxacin) suggests that you have a bacterial pneumonia.  The fact that you are not better suggests that you have a resistant organism ( seems unlikely) or a viral illness ( much more likely) which did not need antibiotics in the first place.  

Sounds like you should see doc and get another handle on this.  You may need an influenza a/b swab.

i have been on levaquin (levofloxacin) for 11 days for a kidney infection. is it normal to still have some achy discomfort on my side and front & back of my kidney?

Sometimes: In some cases, people can have persistent aches while the kidney infection is being treated. The pain should go away soon, but if it does not improve, seek care immediately. Also, call or see your doctor you are having any fevers or vomiting.   Levaquin (levofloxacin) is an appropriate medication for a kidney infection and usually works very well, but make sure the urine culture showed Levaquin (levofloxacin) to be effective.

i have had acute sinus infection for 9 days was on levaquin (levofloxacin) 750mg for 10 days. just finished them but still have facial pain on one side, no congestio?

Something else: Given that even if Levaquin (levofloxacin) was not the exact abx for the sinusitis it should have provided some relief by now since bacteria tend to stop proliferating temporarily while on an abx (even though it did not kill them). I suspect that your facial pain is likely from something else. Check with your doctor or get a 2nd opinion.

have laryngitis for 6 weeks due to sinus congestion. tried 10 days levaquin (levofloxacin) and then prednisone for 6 days.  still sick. what to do ??

ENT: Hoarseness of 6 weeks duration deserves an ENT opinion. You may need to have endoscopy of your sinuses and vocal cords. Call ASAP for ENT exam.

i am on the bc pill safyral, (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol and levomefolate) i was taking levaquin for 10 days. last day on itwas on a wed and that fri i had sex. should the pill still be effective?

on flagyl and levaquin (levofloxacin) for 5 days so far for diverticulitis. is it still common to have abdominal pain? eating low fiber, low fat foods.

If you are better..: Antibiotics usually take a couple of days to work and even when they are working well after a significant episode of infection and inflammation you may stay sore for a few days as long as compared with when you started treatment you are  doing better. If not better or worse then you need to be seen again to reconsider treatment options.

took levaquin (levofloxacin) for 10 days, sinus infection. afterwards, i feel stuff in back of throat i cough out, but it's clear color, feel ok. still infected?

Doubt it.: without an exam, I can only give general information and with a clearing of color, no fever, chills etc. it goes against infection. On the other hand, inflammation usually lasts for weeks after the infection. Asthma drugs such as monteleukast are usually good for that.
