please note that stress of travel can affect your menses as well.
The best approach for a 19 yo will include :
1. pregnancy test
2. Can get a transvaginal ultrasound
3. If all the above are negative,  your doctor can give a trial of birth control pill.

i have a weird spot on my chest that's been there for a long time, about 18 months,recently i've noticed there are a few smaller dots around it.main spot is pale brown and flat to the chest. fairly regular in shape and less than 1.5cm in diameter?
