Ischemic bowel: Belly pain, bloody stools, shock.  AF may have no Sx. Most common would be irregular heart  beats. Do they think he flipped an embolous from Atria to bowel artery?

For patient safety: Ischemic bowel means the blood flow to the bowel is decreased enough to cause symptoms; in this case, surgery was needed to remove affected bowel. Reconnecting the bowel was considered too risky by the surgeon, who placed a stoma for the patient's safety. The patient's recuperation and general medical status will affect whether the stoma can be closed or will be permanent.

Based : Based on your history these numbers are very dangerous. Yor LDL should be below at least 100 and i would say below 70. Since your triglycerides are high your LDL particle size is probably type b... The small kind, even more dangerous. Yor HDL is the least of the problems but the higher the better. Yoe need  to see a doctor who will get your lipids under control.

Lack of blood deep : In the brain.  This condition is most commonly seen in individuals with one or all of the following:
1. Hypertension
2. Diabetes
3. Hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol)
4. Cigarette smoking
5. Family history of stroke

Not enough blood: Ischemic heart disease is when there is a partial blockage in the coronary arteries (which supply the heart muscle with blood). This blockage reduces the flow of blood to the point where the coronary arteries cannot meet the demand of the heart muscle with enough oxygen-rich blood.

my mri report says i have chronic microvascular ischemic disease with scattered  lacunar infarcts.  could you explain what this means, please?

WMC: White matter changes in MRI is non-specific, but mostly is due to insufficiency of very small vessels in brain of people with high blood pressure or diabetes.
Small strokes causes lacunar infarcts.
