Balanced food plan: Eggs ; tuna are protein-rich and nutritious but if that is all you eat it is not good for physical or emotional health.  Make sure you get some protein, good fats, and carbs.  Check out the brand of canned tuna also so that you are sure it is from a company that makes sure their products are mercury free.  Stay close to your doc so he/she can support you. Mercury toxic; NO!!!: Unfortunately tuna is fairly high in mercury. Experts advise eating canned albacore no more than 3 times a month, though it is ok to have "light" or skipjack tuna twice a week (but not both!). See http://www.Nrdc.Org/health/effects/mercury/tuna.Asp 
portabella mushrooms large and small are healthy but they should be cooked and organic ones are much better to avoid pesticide exposure.

Depends: There are certain fish which are more risky depending on your gender and age because of mercury; others because they are poisonous unless properly handled (fugu, or pufferfish).  In general, eating raw food is riskier than properly cooked.  That being said, if the sushi is properly prepared, your risk of illness is generally low.

Make : Make sure you are eating six small healthy meals/snacks a day. This will help boost your metabolism. Consider makng an appointment with a registered dietician for a meal plan. Often times we think we are eating perfectly and actually we are not. 
Also see your doctor to rule out any possible medical problems that could possibly be impeding your weight loss. Also after reviewing your bmi (body mass index) which is 24, you are actually in a healthy weight range, which could be why you are not losing and merely maintaining.

Ans: A lot depends on how many calories you are burning. Your protein is good. Now your carbs. If you exercise them off and they are used for energy ok. But if you are overeating and not going for energy well you will make more storage.
