Depends on stage: It depends on how severe &amp; how long ago the process started, &amp; therefore when you were diagnosed / what diet has been prescribed. I'm assuming you've seen a physician or surgeon to know what "diverticulitis" is. : If you are taking a usual mixed diet, a tablespoon of vinegar will not lower your potassium. Incidentally, taking vinegar has not medicinal effect.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

No: Apple cider vinegar will not affect the menstrual cycle.

Accepted Answer

Neither one: Drinking vinegar is just a way to drink acid. Assuming moderate amounts and normal kidneys, drinking vinegar will make absolutely no difference in health, good or bad. If you enjoy it, feel free. But you could get nearly the same acid intake with lemonade, which most people would find a lot more tasty! (But beware of the sugar load....)

Health Myths: Nope.  Weight loss is successful with the changing of the way you eat, how you move and the composition of your diet calories with proteins being the necessary majority of a good diet's calories.  Honey is sugar. Water is water and vinegar is not any magic product that leads to any true or lasting weight loss.

Neither: If you are otherwise healthy -- in particular, if your kidneys are working normally -- this will neither help nor harm your health in any way.  Assuming, of course, that you're not drinking liters of the stuff. Too much acid (which is what this is) or anything else can be harmful.

Acidity: Before starting any diet you should see your GP for a physical. Note that fruits, lemon water, and apple cider vinegar are all acidic. Discuss possible side effects from shifting your metabolism from centered to acidic with your Physician or a Nutritionist. Unregulated diets can create more ham than help.

No: Why are you taking aspirin? Daily low-dose Aspirin has antiplatelet effects with well-established benefits in preventing heart attacks ; strokes. It would not be advisable to discontinue this medication without careful consideration with your doctor.
