No harm: It isn't harmful to your heart but why are you taking vicodin? It's a narcotic and can be addictive. If you're able to exercise, what kind of pain are you having that requires vicodin?

Not likely: These medications are not know to affect the heart directly.  You are not taking high doses or high frequencies that would put you at risk for organ injury.  Routine check-up with your pcp is the best way to watch for unwanted effects on the organ systems.

No idea: There are "idiosyncratic" reactions to drugs, which mean that they are not common and only happen to certain susceptible individuals, usually for reasons that cannot be discovered.  Ssri drugs like Paxil (paroxetine) can occasionally produce heart arrhythmias, and you should talk to your doctor.  The vicodin is unlikely to have been responsible, although if the vicodin wasn't legally prescribed, anxiety might.

Call MD: Stabbing chest pain should always be evaluated and not assumed to be not cardiac until that source is ruled out. Call your doctor or go to the er.

Yes: It sounds like you have a drug problem as well as a heart issue.  You need to go see your doctor soon.

Different factors: Your heart rate variability depends on genetic factors, your level of activity, hydration, food intake, hormonal fluctuation and many other factors. Impossible to predict how small dose of morphine will affect your heart rate.

The study of 5, 814 people who have side effects while taking norco, (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) among them 178 have irregular heartbeat".

Narco Side effects: Narco wont treat  anxiety. Yes sedation is due to narco. Fast heart beat is due to uncontrolled anxiety which needs to be treated. Usually narco does not worsens anxiety.
