Yes: You should avoid NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) such as ibuprofen, naproxen. You should also avoid prescribed NSAIDs such as meloxicam and piroxicam. Also avoid "natural" pills, including vitamin C pills. Megadoses of vitamin C (more than 60mg daily) has been associated with oxalate nephropathy and interstitial nephritis. So just because something's "natural" doesn't mean it's safe

There is no evidence: that marijuana is harmful to kidneys, and even some anecdotal evidence that it may be helpful in rare cases. However, if you are hoping for a transplant, be aware that some transplant centers will do drug testing prior to accepting you, and may NOT accept you if you are positive for cannabis.  If you are in a medical marijuana state, you can look into this, but am not sure it would make difference

Question incomplete: If you still have pain the inflammation has not completely disappeared and you may need reevaluation by your doctor.  Go see them.

Not used in us: The renal denervation device market has several systems approved for use in Europe, but none so far has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Renal denervation is a catheter-based ablation procedure used to treat patients with high blood pressure resistant to drugs. Since medication is effective at this stage, can't really endorse.

i am on diet and taking a pill named "adipex retard". may i know is it any side effect for my body? will it spoil my kidney? how long should i stop?

Phentermine: Phentermine can have many side effects, including tachycardia, insomnia, dizziness, constipation, etc.  It is metabolized by the liver, so your kidneys won't be directly affected. Most treatment courses last no more than 6 wks; this drug can be habit forming, and dangerous side effects can occur if it is stopped abruptly.  Please be sure you are seeing a physician while taking this drug.

ive taken on average about 2-4 excedrin pills a day for years. (2-4 every 6 hours). how likely are organs damaged? i've had basic blood work and tests done for kidney checkup and no scary results yet

Well: Everyone is different.  So far you are doing OK.  At some point in life the results will not be the same.  There is no crystal ball as to how long you can keep this up.  Speak with your doctor and get bloodwork done regularly (at least once a year) to see any trends that may be happening.
