OCPs: OCPs are often prescribed for acne in PCOS. Benzoyl peroxide, tretinoin, adaplene, antibiotic ointments are often used as well. Spironolactone can be considered in some cases.

Topical benzoyl peroxide and if needed your physician's addition prescription-strength Rx should manage your acne.
