Sleep tst/ventilator: Pure central sleep apnea is uncommon so first, i would evaluate with a sleep test.  Central apnea means brain does not send signal to diaphragm to breath/obstructive means airway blocks breathing in deep sleep.  Ventilators are now available for home use which can supply pressurized air to the nasal airway via a fitted nasal mask to supply breaths during periods of when patient stops breathing.

Sleep apnea: The best cure is weight loss but this does not guarantee a cure. There are many people that lose weight and their apnea gets much better.

Surgery: There are now some surgical jaw repositioning surgical approaches to "cure" obstructive sleep apnea.  I do not know of long term studies on them yet.  There are many ways to treat sleep apnea however such as CPAP and oral devices.

I am a strong: Believer in natural remedies. I don't know of  asafe, efficacious natural remedy for sleep apnea. Would encourage standard medical approach for this.

Several: Weight loss or just avoiding sleeping on the back can improve sleep apnea. There are several medical treatments for sleep apnea (cpap, dental devices, surgery). If you have sleep apnea you should have it evaluated since untreated sleep apnea can cause not only daytime symptoms (sleepiness, fatigue), but can also lead to high blood pressure, heart attack, heart failure, and stroke.

Snore: Not necessarily. Could be result of fatty tissue gathering in/around your throat, obstruction in nasal passages, effect of alcohol/drugs relaxing the throat muscles, tongue dropping to the back from sleeping on your back, or obstructive sleep apnea. Sleep study would be helpful.

Yes, if used: CPAP is an effective treatment for obstructive sleep apnea, if it is used properly and consistently.

In children: Tonsillectomy with or without adenoidectomy can be helpful in curing sleep disordered breathing/sleep apnea in children.  In adults with sleep apnea, tonsillectomy alone, may be helpful but not curative.
