Differences: Uric acid is an almost insoluble compound that is a breakdown product of nitrogenous metabolism. Urates are a salt or ester of uric acid.  Urea is a colorless crystalline compound that is the main nitrogenous breakdown product of protein and is excreted in urine.  I hope that satisfies your curiosity.

These: findings are  quite common in routine urinalysis in FEMALES however probably needs evaluation in males! Speak with your PCP for the proper evaluation.

Yes: Uric acid is a byproduct of protein consumption, an excess of which can cause gout or kidney stones. Though excess uric acid (hyperuricemia) associated with frequent episodes of gout or kidney stones may require prescription drugs for control, appropriate changes in one's diet is often all that is needed: good hydration, reducing purine intake (red meats), and neutralizing uric acid (lemon water).

my controlled uric acid level is 5.2 .  and is stable for past two tests. is this level good enough to reverse the gout topie.

Plenty good: Uric acid can crystallize at 6.8 mg/dl.  We typically shoot to keep levels less than 6.0 mg/dl.  5.2 is quite acceptable.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Chronic: Allopurinol is a chronic daily use medication for suppression of gout symptoms.  That being said if your blood uric acid level is not lower than 6 then allopurinol is not doing the job and you might need a different medication such as Colcrys or Uloric.

May need medication: Your uric acid level is abnormally high and if diet has not helped you may need to take medication to control it. It is important to control it to prevent gout and other complications of high uric acid. See this site for more info.

i am 36 year male, recently i did kft test and all my results were on borderline with uric acid 8.5 , is  it normal to have these borderline results o?

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, uric acid level of 8.5 warrants evaluation by your doctor.

: Your doctor may ask you not to eat or drink anything at least 4 hours before you take the uric acid test. You may also be advised that need you to stop taking any medication during that period, which could hamper the uric acid test results.
