Indication?: If there is a medical indication such as add/ adhd then vyvance may be beneficial. However, if it is abused it can be harmful.

Vyvanse: Is a controlled substance under FDA Schedule II that cannot be prescribed on this site. Would suggest caution in getting it from same prescriber and same pharmacy as they are all reported to the state controlled substances site.

Pls Clarify: Your question is not very clear however, I am going to guess that you are worried about the side effects or addictive elements of stimulants.  
Vyvance and Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) are both fda approved for the treatment of attention deficit disorder.   
These medications, can also be abused.  Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a mixture of amphetamines.  Caution must be used in people with personal or family history of heart disease.

Not recommended: If you are being prescribed Vyvanse, (lisdexamfetamine) presumably for problems with attention, focus, and concentration, then it is important that you take it as instructed on a daily basis, irregardless of the amount of work you have to do. 2 yrs ago i learnt that i have huntingtons disease gene of 48 cag - i am 28 years old with a long history of mental health issues,i have trialed many medications&therapy. is it possible there are some meds that make symptoms worse? e.g vyvanse?

: Of course, it is possible that many medications can worsen Huntington's, and there are some medications that can help.  Since depression and dementia are core symptoms, this needs to be addressed by a movement disorder neurological specialist.  This is NOT a case of "one size fits all".

ADHD is a neuro-: developmental disorder that one has 24/7. Narcolepsy occurs daily. A valid diagnosis of either warrants daily dosing, as Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) works in 1 1/2-2 hours, peaks at  ~ 6 hours &amp; wears off in 12-14 hours. Tachyphylaxis or tolerance in ADHD is treated by titrating dose to 70 mg./day, adding non-stimulant medication or changing stimulant.

Not really: Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is a long acting stimulant similar to Adderall. It works for like 8-12 hours of focus. Even if you take it every day, you can actually stop it or skip it the days you don't need to focus at school or work. You may feel a little tired the days you don't take it and be a little distracted but there are no true withdrawls if you decided to stop it.

Whoa!: Alcohol disrupts sleep, so does vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). Sleep is essential for proper brain function. If you need vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine), presumably to treat adhd, then you should consider backing down on the alcohol consumption. Alcohol is also anxiogenic and depressogenic, so is vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). If you have anxiety or depression, that's another reason to minimize alcohol intake.

started luvox at night but now wants me to take it during the day.im worried about taking vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) and luvox at the same timewill i get a bad reaction?

Timing of dose: Is there a reason to change Luvox dose from nighttime to day? Switching Luvox to morning may increase interaction with Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) causing more of an effect and side effects from Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). This may not be a problem depending on dose amounts. You could also take Luvox a few hours earlier giving Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) a chance to wear off.  Discuss your concerns with prescribing doctor. I hope this helps.
