No: Could be a number of things beside Covid but best to be tested and know. Quarantine till then and if negative may want to contact ENT for evaluation for vertigo especially if symptoms get worse. Get plenty of rest and liquids either way and contact physician if positive as well.

ive always had this lump in my throat where a mans adams apple would be but im a women... why do i have this? i cant see it but when i put my head back or back to the side i can feel is is that a normal thing??

Only if repressed: Think back on the worst pain you have ever had. You probably cannot recall it. If, however, you had blocked it and it came back in the form of a flashback, then you might recall it as a body memory. Over thirty years of observing this, I have had one patient with a body memory that lasted 5 hours. Usually it is quite brief.

Migraines: Usually nsaids and rest help.  Triptans are a special type of medicine that work to stop a migraine or tension headache, but not prevent one from happening.  There are other medications that you take every day to prevent migraines - be sure to talk with your primary care doctor as migraines can be very well controlled with the right regimen. Yes!: Over exercise & do not allowing your body time to repair itself, can lead to muscle breakdown (rhabdomyolysis), rather than buildig muscle. Also, if you are not eating properly for the amount of exercise you are doing, you can damage your body by burning too many calories that body needs to do everyday functions. It also puts you at risk for muscle & joint injuries. Make sure to rest & eat enough.

It depends: Usually regular balanced diet with carbohydrate, fat and protein and minerals and vitamins are good for energy but there is no one best supplement preparation. It depends on your deficiency and personal needs.

Accepted Answer

No, except....: No, not usually unless you have a medical reason to not intake caffeine or acidic liquids.  Ulcers, gerd, poorly controlled htn, sympomatic fibrocystic breasts are among some of those conditions.  As long as your "cup" of coffee is not a 64oz mug and you have no medical issues it should be fine.  As with everything moderation is key.

It can be.: Urine that's too dilute may be a reflection of a pituitary gland problem: an abnormality in the production of a hormone called adh, (vasopressin) or antidiuretic hormone. (it's been years since i studied this, so i hope an endocrinolotist weighs in on this!) in any event, see your doctor for some labs to rule this out. Good luck. Lgromkomd.

Yes: The sciatic nerve runs from the buttocks to the foot, in the back of the leg.  Inflammation of this nerve, usually from a herniated disk, causes sciatica. The pain can be quite intense, but usually get better with treatment.  Physical therapy, oral and injectable steroids are typical treatments.  Sometimes surgery is necessary to relieve symptoms.
