A member asked:

Is urine too dilute a bad thing ?

It can be.: Urine that's too dilute may be a reflection of a pituitary gland problem: an abnormality in the production of a hormone called adh, (vasopressin) or antidiuretic hormone. (it's been years since i studied this, so i hope an endocrinolotist weighs in on this!) in any event, see your doctor for some labs to rule this out. Good luck. Lgromkomd.

Yes: Excess urine excretion may be a sign of adrenal or kidney problem. You could also have a low adh (vasopressin). Also you could be overhydrated.
