The breakdown products might well be active too and each one has a half life in your body. Eventually they will all get out of your body.

Probably -don't know: We don't know as I doubt that it has ever been studied well.  It might slow down the clearance of Soma (carisoprodol).  Just watch for more Soma (carisoprodol) side effects.   I'm more worried about you taking acetaminophen.  Discuss with your doctors about whether Tylenol is safe.  Since Milk Thistle is used for liver disorders.  Be aware that Milk Thistle has never been proven scientifically to work, but it is widely used.
