Interaction modearte: milk of thisle commonly used for " liver health " - it can interact with many drugs - because it is using same " pathway " of metabolsim - liver. Xarelto particullary used to " thin blood " may be either potenciated or effect decreased by some natural remedies. Check with your MD any supplements you plan to take.
