Milk Thistle: Milk thistle is used all over the world as a cleanser for liver damage or liver strain. But, recent scientific studies call into question if there is any real benefit. What we do know is that there is no harm in using it.

IV form possibly: Taking it orally had some anecdotal evidence, but they did a big review of multiple studies about it and found no benefit.
