does it matter who i choose as a sperm donor? ie: ex husband, friend...are there any legal issues regarding such?

Accepted Answer

Your choice: Sperm banks list characteristics such as health, education, racial aspects, etc.  Your personal choice of a donor, if you are doing it yourself is no different than a dating relationship.  But you can choose based upon your desired characteristics.  The only legal issue relates to privacy, the claim of the donor on the child, the rights of the child.  You can sign exclusion agreements for this.

Yes: If she is or was a close friend you should try to convince her to seek help. Counseling can help get to the root cause and overcome the compulsion. If she is young enough, you can contact her parents who could push  her to get proper treatment. Whatever they do is not your responsibility. If you try to get them to seek help and they do not, then you are not to blame. Good luck to you and friend.

: Yes, possible as natural immunity has been described where in rare cases individuals are exposed, but do not catch the infection or others that are exposed, develop the infection with no signs of infection and they have a protective antibody titer if checked.

Herpes Transmission: Patients should be taught about asymptomatic shedding and the risk of transmission? Patents with genital herpes should be counseled that simply avoiding sexual contact when lesions are present is not adequate for prevention of transmission and that asymptomatic shedding is frequent and is the most common mechanism of transmission to sex partners.

one of my friend had a sex with her boy friend as well as with her husband.both semen went inside.she is planning to conciev a baby.is that a problem?

For whom?: Did she conceive after having intercourse with 2 men the same night? If so, the putative fathers & the baby need molecular genetic studies to determine the biological father. Or your friend could just let sleeping dogs lie, if she has yet to conceive. She shoul be taking 400 μg/day of Folic Acid supplement, not drink, smoke or use drugs & check with her OB for the safety of her medications.

I don't understand ?: I think what you're saying is that you are being bothered by an ex friend who is psychotic. We do not have crystal balls and cannot predict how long something like this would go on. If you are being stalked or harassed then i would recommend that you contact the local police department and get a restraining order. Other than that do what you can to protect yourself. Possible: If you had sex with both men during that time it is possible to get pregnant from either.  In fact, if you were to have twins
one could come from each.

Impossible: No. That would be impossible.

: Any foods in an airtight container or package will be protected from spoilage. Spoilage will occur in many foods in unsealed packaging after some days in the fridge. In your case I wouldn't expect a severe mess as refrigeration should prevent severe unpleasant  decomposition but you'll have to throw your unsealed food. Of course I assume no power outages occurred.

Immunotherapy : There are two types of immunotherapy..  With allergy shots, small but increasing amounts of what you are allergic to are mixed in saline and injected into the muscle.  With increased exposure, your body's response will decrease in time and tolerate the exposure better.  With drops, otherwise known as slit or sublingual immunotherapy, the allergen is mixed in glycerin and placed under the tongue.
