The only injection: For hypothyroidism is an IV injection of thyroid hormone used only in emergency situations for severe and life-threatening hypothyroidism. Lipotropic injections are an internet scam that won't help you in any way, and who knows what's in them or how much harm it could do to you?

Safe but...: probably not effective.  Laser lipo side effects can include: contour irregularities, seromas (bloody collections), sagging skin, inadequate fat removal, burns, blisters and/or scarring.  There are non invasive, safer alternatives available, including laser fat loss and RF fat loss machines, to name a few.  Eating less, eating healthier and exercising more also can go a long way. Safe: Most lipotrophic injections are vit b complex in high doses. Vitamin b is water soluble hence minimal side effects apart from injection site  reaction. They are not effective for weight loss. However patients commonly report a boost of energy.

Lioptropic injection: Using expired medications is not recommended. however if you did it most likely will have no ill effects for you. especially this type of injection.  hope that helps

Unlikely: "lipotropic injections" are touted to enhance fat metabolism.  The principal agent used is vitamin b12.  If there is truly any effect, it would actually be to decrease the risk of gallstone formation, rather than causing problems.  The principal risk group for gallstones are being female, fertile and overweight.

.: B12 injection should not cause sleepiness or tiredness. It is not a common side effect. 

Advise: B12 is a vitamin and not a lipotropic. 
B12 is not fda approved as a lipotropic and it does not work. Would advise you not to try it as a lipotropic medication.

Unrelated: B 12 injections are unlikely to affect the period. If you did not have sex since your last period, there is no concern. If you did, you may wish to repeat the pregnancy test in 4-5 days, unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex.
