: You clearly have an inflammatory disorder. Assuming antiTG is antiThyroglobulin, you may have an overlap with Hashimoto thyroiditis. ANA is positive in this condition. Ask your rheumatologist if he/she has done any highly specific lupus testing such as anti-Smith, double-stranded DNA. Don't be afraid to ask; you are trying to understand your condition.

Fe intake: Your Iron profile does not suggest you need Iron. The Iron saturation is high. Please check fasting transferrin saturation. You may be reacting to Iron but with these numbers, you do not need Iron supplementation

Depends: The relief  of symptoms depends on the extent of damage that may not be reversible. Treatment is to drain the body of excess iron, often by withdrawing blood and by using a chemical to bind iron. : Do you have a family history of hemochromatosis?  Your symptoms are suggestive of this disorder. Because of years of menstrual bleeding &amp; from pregnancies this disorder in women doesn't show up until later in life. Anemia is not common in hemochromatosis but can occur. A hematologist is best to evaluate &amp; advise you. Does negative HFE exclude hereditary iron load disorder or types of hemochromatos

Iron or vitamin: Can't be certain but iron deficiency or vitamin deficiency and also systemic illness or even toxin exposure. Your new physician will look for these among other issues.

Hypoxia hurts all!: Low oxygen levels (hypoxia) not only affect the lungs, heart & brain but have a severe impact on the joints. Hypoperfusion (a lack of nutrients) to the joints may cause severe pain. Any one who has attempted to mountain climb to fast can appreciate the severe aches incurred w/ the lower oxygen levels at higher altitudes. You are not going crazy if your joints hurt more as your oxygen levels drop!

Complicated: Normal 8 am cortisol is 8-23 micrograms per deciliter. Since you don't use units, it's not clear if you're normal or not. Moreover, even if it's low as I think you're hinting, your Symbicort (budesonide and formoterol) may have suppressed it. A cortrosyn stimulation test is needed. Finally, low cortisol could cause fatigue and low BP, but not the other symptoms. Clearly, you need to stay under your doctor's care!
