See below: The only way would be to have a false positive test.  One in which the patient is pregnant bu the test is negative.  This happens when the directions are not followed correctly.

Yes, very early: A pregnancy test may not be positive until about 14 days after conception.  You can be pregnant during this time and not know it.  

Also in situations where the pregnancy isn&#x27;t doing well such as an ectopic pregnancy or pending miscarriage, a home pregnancy test can be negative even though you are pregnant. 

With a few exceptions, such as I&#x27;ve listed, a home pregnancy test is about 97% correct.

Small chance yet: The urine pregnancy tests usually turn positive 2-5 days after the first day of the missed period.  But there is some variation.  If a period still doesn't come by a week later check another pregnancy test.

Unlikely: at two week late the test is starting to get reliable

But w slightly irregular periods you might not be that far along.

Much much more common though is irregular period without pregnancy

Tests are accurate: Today's home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test will give a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after possible conception) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

Unlikely: Very unlikely! although, i keep hearing these stories and also see people requesting serum pregnancy tests and ultrasound, i've not had a single difference between urine and serum pregnancy test or ulrasound examination. 2 month missed period may just be a case of anovulation (no egg cell exit at mid cycle), so at some point you will get bleeding, but it may be an uncontrolled/exccessive one.

See your doctor.: You need to have a sonogram and serial beta HCG tests to evaluate the status of the pregnancy.  If the beta HCG numbers are going down and your are having bleeding, then it  most likely will end in a miscarriage.  Sorry you are going through this.  See your doctor soon.  Take care!

Possible: But doubtful. Most likely a hormonal imbalance .  You should seek care to find out why if you skip another.

Unlikely: Too soon to worry about pregnancy. Few days late are ok . If you have a reason to suspect pregnancy repeat the test in a week or so

Pregnancy: Extremely unlikely given the four negative pregnancy tests.  Relax if you are you will eventually know.
