Chiropractor: Even as a medical physician that specializes in the spine, i suggest to all my pregnant friends and family to see a chiropractor for low back and sacroiliac joint pain when pregnant.  

As an interventional pm;r pain specialist, i treat low back and sacroiliac pain all day, but without clearance from the ob-gyn, i would not perform a simple steroid injection in the office.

Specialist: You need to be assessed for degenerative disc disease, hip pathology, and maybe sacroiliac dysfunction. If you haven't done so, seek out a spine specialist. If you have, get additional opinions.

Could be muscular :  There are a variety of possibilities. My first choice would be muscular. It could also be joint. It's too early to make a conclusion. We would need to know a lot more information. This is something you need to discuss with your physician and you may need x-rays or other imaging to help evaluate it. Yes if you have : Not been smoking, keeping your weight under control and exercising regularly, then get an evaluation by a specialist in back problems for a thorough evaluation to make  a diagnosis and develop a treatment plan.  This may include: medication, physical therapy, pain management techniques like injections, back supports, and if all fails and if warranted based on symptoms and findings, surgery.

i have a constant middle right back pain. it has been 2 weeks now feeling this way. when im leaning against the couch/chair or lying on bed,i feel much better.it only get worst when i walk or stand for maybe more than 20 mins. please advise.

Back pain : I have seen thousands of spinal pain cases. I can't tell you how important an in-person examination from an experienced functional spine specialist (chiropractor, physical medicine doctor)  is needed to help you. Sounds like you may have a leg length inequality (a relative leg length difference from muscle imbalances around the pelvis).  Middle back pain also raises concerns for organ problems
