Pinched disc.: That must feel awful and is likely due to a pinched nerve in your back. Time to go to urgent care and they will do the rest. I hope you feel better soon.

Orthopedic eval: Your primary doctor can perform an initial exam and provide you with pain relieving medications. An MRI of the spine or an orthopedic consult may be in order.
