Depends: Hot water  bottles  in general  are a  fine method of  dealing  with menstrual cramps for those  who cannot or  don't  want  to  take medication. Make sure the bottle  is  covered  to avoid burning the skin. If  cramping is becoming  worse  over time  consult your md.

does too much lemon water cause cramps? ive been drinking lemon water all day and now im having bad cramps that remind me a bit of period cramps but slightly worse. i know its not my period though because i already had it last week?

: It depends on what else you have eaten or drank. If you have only lemon water in your stomach, then irritation might be the cause. If you have eaten and drank normally, then there is most likely a different cause. If the abdominal cramping symptoms persist more than 24 hours, see a Dr in person for a full evaluation.

Sure: I don't know if it will help, but certainly you can try. If it's too salty you'll get dehydrated from it. Careful.

Yes: Particularly as your flow decreases the cramps will tend to improve, There is no significance to this pattern.

Yes it can because: when you have sloughing of your uterus after the menstrual buildup that resulted in bleeding, there are lots of chemicals that get released into the bloodstream.  In certain women, there are an overgrowth of prostaglandins and cytokines which cause inflammation and cramping.  You can try taking some ibuprofen 200 mg 2-3 times a day while you have your menstrual flow to minimize the cramping.

i took a morning after pill during my menstrual cycle and now i have severe cramps and my period is longer than usual ?

Not uncommon:  Cramping and changes to bleeding pattern aren't unusual after using an emergency contraceptive.

i took p2 twice this month before my menstrual cycle ,,,today am supposed to have my menses bt it seems to delay though have been having cramps pain since friday what could be the cause please and why has my period delayed?

See below: The hormonal changes due to Plan B or p2 could have delayed your period. If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully. 
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time.

No: No, I have heard this complaint before. I think for some women the uterus just contracts so badly at times that it also causes the bladder to contract, causing painful bladder syndrome and thus painful urination for a short time, which sounds like what you are describing. Although not a lot of women experience it this badly, there are definitely some, so you are not alone. I wish you the best.

Good luck: The chance of pregnancy per month is only around 20%. You very well could be in that first 20%. UPT next week should give you your answer.
