Heavens, no!: There is no conceivable scenario in which alcohol and morphine, taken simultaneously, add up to a desirable outcome -  unless you are suicidal.

Not caused by ETOH: Hepatitis B is not caused by alcohol use, however if you are alcohol intoxicated , you are more likely to have an unprotected sex which can be a cause for acquiring Hepatitis B infection. If you have contracted hepatitis B infection and have liver disease, it is better not to drink alcohol at all because of a possibility of further liver damage by alcohol.

Doubt kidney pain: I highly doubt it's kidney pain. How do you know its your kidneys ?       Keep yourself well hydrated. If pain persists in the the mid back (if that's where the pain is now) you will need further evaluation including a kidney sonogram.

Risk of Bleeding: Naprelan (naproxen) is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and is used to treat mild to moderate pain, fevers, and inflammation.  One should avoid alcohol completely when using this medication. Taking them together can lead to bleeding in the stomach and intestines. Deaths have been reported when using both together. If you can't stop alcohol you may have drinking  problem!

why does my back hurt when i drink? i don't drink alcohol often, but when i drink certain drinks, the middle of my back hurts so badly that i am sometime paralyzed in pain. 
i can drink beer, wine, and most liquirs fine. i cannot drink any pre-mixed drink

Sometimes : Sometimes abdominal pain is referred to the back.  You could be having gerd (gastro-esophageal reflux disease), or symptoms of an ulcer.  Ulcer pain can cause pain in the back.  Ulcers can be caused by or worsened by alcohol intake.  You could also be having inflammation of your pancreas (pancreatitis).  Your body seems sensitive to alcohol so you should minimize alcohol intake.  Please see a physician to have your symptoms thoroughly evaluated.  If you have increased pain, vomiting, vomiting blood,  or light-headedness, then you would have to be seen as an emergency.

okay so when i drink beer iam fine even hard liquor but when i drink wine i poop blood it is bright red and it hurts?

Blood in stool: Defecation of bright red blood is always of concern and you should see your doctor about this and find out what is wrong, and to help you with any treatment that is necessary.  Meanwhile do not drink wine.

can i drink some beer about 7-8 hours after taking my .75 mg of xanax (alprazolam) and 20 mg of prozac? if i did would it harm me?

Not recommended: Drinking alcohol can increase certain side effects of Prozac and Xanax (alprazolam). You should always ask your doctor about your medicines. Good luck.
