Depends: If there is tissue remaining in the uterus a dilation and curettage may be needed. Other than that the mainstay to treatment would be antibiotics of course. The type and route of antibiotics would depend upon specifics of the situation.

Blood tests/biopsy: First with be a history and physical exam and then possibly blood tests.  Also a biopsy of the uterine lining may be needed.

It's gone : Monistat cream from 15 days ago would be long gone. If you are still seeing stuff then you either still have yeast, BV or another infection.

A little small: We like to see 10mm at ovulation, thus continues in to second half of cycle. However 6 mm is enough to get pregnant.

Average is 10.5-11 : mm in mid-luteal phase and one of the studies showed that it does not influenced by whether there was a pregnancy or not after that cycle. If there is no specific complaint or problem, numbers can deviate and it can still be normal.

Maybe DOR: High day 3 Estradiol &gt; 75 and advanced follicle on day 3 may indicated diminished ovarian reserve. Check amh levels and the number of antral follicles on day 3 to confirm.

See below: Endometrial cells are what make up the uterine lining, so this is a normal comment.  If on the other hand, you are having abnormal bleeding (as a reason for the ultrasound that you had performed) and there are endometrial cells on a pap smear, then you definitely need further evaluation of the uterine lining to rule out pre-cancerous changes called hyperplasia.

: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

unprotected sex 5 weeks ago. started pill same day as unprotected sex. period started on time, had clots that looked like uterine lining. normal?

Not pregnant: If you had unprotected sex and had a period after, then you may have gotten lucky because you did not ovulate during the time you had sex. Your first period after starting pills, if they delayed your period, can lead to more bleeding than usual that can lead to clots, so this could be totally normal. Keep taking those pills daily to avoid pregnancy.
