Depends on person. : Lots of women actually get constipated during pregnancy, exacerbated by hemorrhoids.  An increase in bowel movements isn't necessarily a cause for alarm or something abnormal.

Diarrhea ?'s : Diarrhea in pregnancy is usually a result of food allergies or viral/bacterial causes. See your OB physician for remedies.

is it normal to have uncontrolled bowel movements in your third trimester? if so, why?

No: I wouldn't say that it's normal to have uncontrolled bowel movements.  There can definitely be a lot more pressure on the rack them in the third trimester due to the position of the babies head. Definitely mom's express that they feel like they don't have as much time to get to the bathroom.  Uncontrolled implies loss of sphincter control or an autonomic nerve problem  discuss with your doctor in greater detail.

Stool straining?: Are you straining(Valsalva maneuver) at the stool to have a bowel movement? If so, it could be hemorrhoids as an alternative to vaginal spotting. If you are doing the Valsalva maneuver regularly, it may also be producing the vaginal spotting as well. Constipation is quite common during pregnancy and your OB MD can give you advice about solutions when he/she is seen at an appointment.

my 3 yo son is pooping 3 to 4 times a day. mostly during or after the meal. stool is normal, but is it ok to poop 3 or 4 times a day? he usually have bowel movement 1 or 2 times a day, but this has been increased to 3 to 4 times in the last 10 days?

: It may be related to something in his diet-has something been added to his diet or is there something in his diet he is eating more of lately? Thinking about this may lead you to the culprit causing the increase in stools. If it continues, and there is nothing different in his diet, ask his doctor. Keeping track of what he is eating when it occurs will be helpful info for his doctor. Good luck!

Pain during BM: Try some probiotics and high fiber diet for a couple of weeks.

Valsalva maneuver: Straining at defecation causes an abrupt drop in bp. Although you note that your BP is "normal", it's the fall in BP that causes dizziness and it's likely that yours falls with valsalva (straining) as does everyone's. Your lactose intolerance and IBS may have caused some volume contraction - you can counteract this by pushing fluids and liberalizing your salt intake. Good luck!

2mo, very smelly gas, cried in pain during latest bowel movement. it looked normal except smelly also, thick like peanut butter. should i worry?

Painful BM: Usually constipation is the most common culprit of painful BM's....or you may also have an anal fissure which is beintg expanded and stretched as you have more normal BM's even if not constipated.  You may wish to have your stool cultured if the smell is putrid or otherwise, more foul than it has been in the past.

is it normal for your stool to go from round to flat together during a bowel movement?

"Spastic Colon": Used to be the "nametag" applied to what we now know is IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome" and that's what your stools sound like. Dry "pebble like" stools, mucous and "ribbon like" stools (spastic contraction of bowel) 
This is a "diagnosis of EXCLUSION" that is , more serious conditions need to be ruled out. See your doctor who may recommend a Gastroenterologist!

is it normal for a hemorrhoid to get really big then bleed out during a bowel movement. and then start process over again? mine keeps going that.

Yes: yes it is possible. Have it checked although preferably when it is obvious !
