Seek help: I'm concerned about why you should take these high doses of these two medications at the same time. Obviously they were not prescribed or recommended by your doctor and i wonder if the use was intended to harm yourself in any way. If that's the case, please seek help immediately. Whatever the reason, since you continue to have symptoms, it will be wise to get checked out as soon as you can.

Overdose?: It depends what you are asking. They each work in different ways, so they should not affect each other too much with the exception of the fact that 2400 mg of Ibuprofen can lead to serious renal damage, especially if dehydrated. I would recommend seeing a doctor if you have taken this and getting your kidneys checked. If you notice any symptoms, like lethargy, pain, rapid heart rate, see doc now.

No, not even close.: Narcotics are medicatoins that affect pain systems in the body.  Amphetamine is a stimulant that is used mostly in treating adhd but also can be used at times to help with depression and for narcolepsy, a sleep disorder.

Absolutely: D-amphetamine was one of the earliest stimulants used to treat adhd and is the active half of adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine).  It has long been off patent and is not actively marketed, but it works well, including a sustained-released form called Dexedrine spansule.  However, it can be quite hard to obtain now, with newer forms of stimulants having taken its place.

No, it's not: In fact, many amphetamine overdoses are not fatal.  At the same time, amphetamines are very dangerous to the heart, and the risk from overdose is an arrythmia or heart attack.  There is no antidote for amphetamine overdose.  Strong suggestion: stay away from them.  Get those you know who are doing them the help they need.
