Spinal curvature: Hyperlordosis or "swayback" is when the lower back has an increased curvature.  This alone does not usually cause symptoms. Tingling, pain and pressure going to the hip,groin and thigh may indicate a neurologic issue from compression of nerve structures in the spine.  You should see a physician for further evaluation of your pain and tingling.

Maybe: There is some controversy as to whether custom insoles are beneficial or not.  Certainly there are not many good studies proving their efficacy.  My opinion is to try an off the shelf insole first, or an off the shelf moldable insole, before considering the considerable expense of a custom insole.

There is a normal amount of lordosis in the neck and back, and kyphosis in the thoracic spine to provide sagittal balance, or overall balance to the entire spinal column.
