No: Passing gas is not a sign of cancer.  The most common signs of cancer are bleeding, weight loss, change in bowel habits, and pain.

: Has there been a change in your diet. Do you have regular bowel movements.  I would, however, make an appointment with a Urologist.  I don’t think another colonoscopy is necessary.  Explain to Urologist your concerns.

: The Issue is whether a person produces excess gas or whether it's a problem of passing normal amounts of gas through the intestinal tract. If a colon cancer obstructs the descending colon, gas can't be passed out through the rectum. Metamucil,a fiber supplement, can produce excessive gas. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after a meal can prevent gas buildup from meals.

: I don't know what gas x is but exposure to something you are allergic to can certainly cause a rash.  As far as bubbling in your abdomen, its called peristalsis where the intestines contract and relax like an accordion to move stuff along. This is entirely normal. Nevertheless, you are almost 40 years old and due for your first colonoscopy to screen for colon CA. This is the only sure way to tell.

Patience : I hope you are wrong and there is no cancer but even if so, 3 weeks would not affect the outcome.  I know waiting can be hard but try to gather all your optimism during the waiting period. Again, i truly hope there is no cancer there.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. You and your doctor should ascertain if a colonoscopy is warranted.

is the urge to poop while drinking hot caffeinated tea (sometimes i actually do go, other times just gas or very little comes out,) is this considered tenesmus or sign of colon cancer?

: It is likely the laxative effect of caffeine finding different amounts of stool in the bowels and that sometimes may result in tenesmus. While colon cancer cannot be ruled out, it remains unclear for why you would think of it specifically in the above mentioned context (timing clearly suggesting effect of caffeinated drink).
