: Depression post myocardial infarction is extremely common with up to 2/3 of patients experiencing typical symptoms, some meeting criteria for major depression. Talk to your doc about your symptoms.

Get evaluated: You may or may not have a disorder that is a target of treatment. If this is a change and a departure from your normal baseline , then it is important to get evaluated, it could be connected to your cycles or otherwise. Mood and anxiety symptoms/disorders  (if you have any disorder ) are very treatable and results are worth the effort.  Seek an evaluation and feel better.

Anxiety: These symptoms could be an anxiety attack or you could be hyperthyroid. If you haven't been checked out to rule out problems like hyperthyroid, see your dr.

Murmur, pain: murmur is a noise made by turbulence bloodflow detected by auscultation, classically it is not symptomatically received by the patient.  Rapid heart action with discomfort suggests in this age group the presence of an arrhythmia that requires specific diagnosis and possible treatment.  He needs a thorough history, examination and testing including ECG and blood tests

PTSD: This probably involves ptsd from your previous car accident and now you have anxiety whenever you do sit in the car. This is treatable. A good therapist can help you work through this. See a psychiatrist who can also help with medication management and guide you in the right direction.

Your : Your symptoms are very concerning and you need to have a complete medical evaluation.  You should have blood test and thyroid tests.  You should have a complete medical evaluation.  Many women blame their symptoms on peri-menopause which is a possibility, but please get a complete medical evaluation to be sure that you don't have a condition causing your symptoms.

Anxiety: obviously you are very anxious and this is leading to tachycardia ( with palpitation) and perhaps hyperventilation ( with tingling) try to find a quiet place and do relaxation techniques: take a slow deep breath over several seconds, hold it for 7 seconds then exhale slowly through your mouth over 5-7 min while listening to your breath as you exhale, do it for 10 min every hour until you relaxed

im young and just had an ekg. it shows consistent with anterolateral infarct and consistent with inferior infarct. probably old. does this mean ive had a heart attack? im so scared and crying my eyes out. i only went in for mild chest pain?

: Your EKG detected nonspecific ST elevation and T wave changes, which are often misinterpreted as "infarct" by the machine.  This EKG strip has to be read by cardiologist in the context of clinical scenario.
