i've seen a lot of products in the store containing a plant-derived sweetener called stevia. how safe is it? are there any side effects from its use?

Safe: Other than an aftertaste, it does not have side effects. However, do not expect using a sugar substitute to result in weight loss, unless you exercise and reduce caloric intake.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

is hyaluronidase a safe product to use? is hyaluronidase used to dissolve filler (restylane) under my eyes. i cannot find a lot of information on this drug. has it been around long enough to see if there are any long-term side effects?

Your : Your body makes hyaluronidase, and that's why dermal fillers are not permanent.  Injecting it to breakdown the Restylane will hasten the dissolution.  If you simply have some minor irregularity, sometimes just massaging the area will be sufficient.  If you have blueish bumps, you will likely benefit from hyaluronidase.

is using ketoconazole shampoo the same as is oral? does it have lots of side effects? cancer? what if i want kids one day? any other fungus safe shamp

KETOCONAZOLE SHAMPOO: THIS SHAMPOO IS USED FOR TREATING A CONDITION CALLED SEBORRHEIC DERMATITIS. THIS IS A DANDRUFF CONDITION.
IT IS ALSO USED FOR A HARMLESS CONDITION CALLED TINEA VERSICOLOR.
IT HAS VERY FEW SIDE EFFECTS.

Side effect?: All med can have side effect , we take them when we need them . U physician thinks u do need it , comply with treatment.

5-10,000 iu/day: There are many proven benefits of Vitamin D3. While the RDA is only 600-800 iu/day, many experts recommend 5-10,000 iu/day to achieve optimal serum levels of 50-100. The only hazard is from taking too much, but one has to take at least 40.000 iu/day for months to get toxic.  It's wise to take some Vit K2 with it.

Carnitine: There is no good evidence it does anything as a supplement. If you don't know about this substance, why are you taking it into your body ?

Not much.: As long as you take it sparingly, younshould be fie. Most of the side effects are dose related. The less you take it, the better off you will be.

Very safe,no,16 mg: Biotin has many benefits. While deficiency is rare, there may be benefits to taking relatively high doses. It's not known to be toxic and has no side effects. There is no "max dose" considered dangerous but the highest dose researched is 16 mg/day (which is safe).

Burning: burning sensation will not be pleasant 
need to talk to doc before exam and maybe he/she will be gentler

what's safer with less side effects suprep or golytely (polyethylene glycol) in my opinion golytely (polyethylene glycol) is but requires a lot more of liquids vs suprep with worse side effects?

Equal: If taken properly they are equally safe. Suprep is easier to take because the volume is less. Given the large volume required for Golytely (polyethylene glycol) I rarely recommend it, except in hospitalized patients since it is more available. Both should be taken in split doses, both the evening before and about 4 hrs before the procedure for best results.
