Carnitine: There is no good evidence it does anything as a supplement. If you don't know about this substance, why are you taking it into your body ?

No side effects: I train 5 times a week. Trainer in the past. Drink a lotof water. Your body produce enough carnitine from your nutrition( red meat, fish, poultry and milk). Play a critical role for energy production at mitochondrial level. I have not seen scientific evidence proven extra carnitine, directly or indirectly, support increase muscle mass. Use acetyl L-carnitine if you still want to use it.
