in the middle of my chest between my breasts theres a very heavy tight feeling and it feels like i cant get enough oxygen. use symbicort, use cpap and my heart is fine. many think its anxiety but its so persistent and different than my us anxiety ?

Asthma/COPD: Use an Albuterol rescue inhaler, two puffs and please see your physician. You may need a course of oral steroids. Avoid smoke and allergens such as dust and pollen. Continue your asthma plan and please have an evaluation right away. Monitor your temperature, have a flu vaccine, rest and drink fluids. Bronchitis should be ruled out, more details would be helpful.

i cum on gfs breast and she is on birth control. wipe sperm off with dry towel, wipe spot again with scott towel, then she wiped spot again with all natural cpap disinfectant wipe to clean. with same cpap wipe she wiped vagina, chance of pregnancy?

None: Pregnancy is not possible in above circumstances. Use mechanical contraception if conceiving is not desired.

would low o2 saturation levels at night below 90 for 2 to 3 hours with cpap result from breast  cancer radiation ?  normal lung function , chest x-ray

Accepted Answer

Probably not: Radiation damage to the lung can be detected functionally on pulmonary function tests.  If your pulmonary function tests are completely normal, it would be unlikely that radiation lung damage was the cause of the fall in 02 saturation.

why does my chest hurts if i go a couple days without my cpap?

It shouldn't : That's unusual.  My concern is moderate-severe sleep apnea is a cardiovascular risk factor (ie.  Increases risk for stroke & heart attack).   If you are not using the CPAP  u may become mildly 2 moderately hypoxic, meaning low blood oxygen saturation.  U should be evaluated asap to be sure the chest pain isn't cardiac.  Go to er if this has developed w/n the last few days.  If not see ur pcp in am.

between my breast there was small light brown patch. few months ago, there was another one on side it looked like it was copy of the original, the shape was same but they are not connected. now there 5 light/dark it doesn't itch or pain or hurt?

: Pigmented skin areas are usually benign. To determine the cause ofnyour pigmented areas requires a physical examination. Best choice wold be to see a Dermatologist, a skin specialist, for an answer based on actual visualization. Second alternative, almost the same quality, would be to have virtual examination on one of the many paid examination sites. If it was me, I'd go see a skin doctor.

i've had many adjustments to my cpap but never feel rested/refreshed i have developed a cough w/ extreme drainage stuck in my chest using it. ideas?

Cpap: One suggestion is to be sure you are using a humidifier on the CPAP machine

i had a cpap sleep study done the other night. about half way through i started to have a migraine headache & also felt a pop on the right side of my chest. is this common & what possibly happened?

Not common: Migraine  is not commonly seen during sleep studies, rhinitis and sinus headache can occur.Pop in chest coulb be muscle spasm.

are there any risks with a cpap machine? my father was diagnosed with osa & says the machine gives him chest pains & dizziness. is this normal?

Mgt: Sometimes this does occur with CPAP. i would advise checking with your home company to see if less pressure can be used, and whether the mask fit is too tight. A follow up appt is indicated to rule out any other causes.

my husband has a pain on the left side of his chest, it increases when he breaths deep and his heartbeat is a higher than normal (100+) he has sleep apnea and he uses cpap. do we need to go to hospital?

Chest pain: Due to potential for life threatening circumstances for chest pain it needs to be addressed in the emergency room. Unless something serious is found he might be discharged same day or next day.

If the ultrasound: demonstrates a simple cyst, it is of no concern with respect to breast cancer.  But If it bothers you, it can be aspirated.
