It shouldn't : That's unusual. My concern is moderate-severe sleep apnea is a cardiovascular risk factor (ie. Increases risk for stroke & heart attack). If you are not using the CPAP u may become mildly 2 moderately hypoxic, meaning low blood oxygen saturation. U should be evaluated asap to be sure the chest pain isn't cardiac. Go to er if this has developed w/n the last few days. If not see ur pcp in am.
