Beneficial, however: I feel coconut water is a bit overhyped but it's a healthful drink with some nutrients that should benefit mom ; baby. Green tea: Green tea is generally very safe &amp; has positive effects on health. If you drink five or more cups of caffeinated green tea it can cause an increase in blood pressure for some people, as well as gastrointestinal upset  (nausea or vomiting), irritability or insomnia.  Recommend decaffeinated green tea if pregnant.

Healthy diet: You can just eat a healthy diet. Yes spicy foods and milk are safe as are most all other foods. Avoid uncooked meat and unpasteurized cheese. Avoid eating at restaurants where employees may not have washed their hands. Avoid multiple servings per week of high mercury fish such as shark, mackerel and sword fish.

Drink adequate room temperature fluids to avoid dehydration. If diarrhea doesn't show gradual improvement over the next 2 days, a stool culture to check for pathogens should be done.

See your doctor.
You likely have an imbalance of intestinal bacteria, which can easily occur from dietary changes or the use of antibiotics.
 Eat yogurt or drink buttermilk three times daily, and take a probiotic with at least a billion  organisms twice daily. If this doesn't solve your problem within 2 weeks, you have more serious issues that need complete evaluation by your doctor.
